Actualmente las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC), se encuentran inmersas en nuestro sistema educativo. Su incursión en el ámbito escolar ha sido vertiginosa en la última década, donde el profesorado ha visto como todos los centros educativos se han ido dotando de las nuevas tecnologías (aulas de informática, material multimedia, internet, tablets, pizarras digitales, software y recursos TIC).
Con este estudio se pretende detectar cual es el uso actual y real por parte del profesado de la especialidad de Tecnología de la Región de Murcia, respecto de las TIC implantadas en los últimos años en los institutos de Educación Secundaria en la materia de Tecnologías, en los cursos de 1º, 3º y 4º de la Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria. Así como detectar las necesidades futuras referente a las TIC que pueda tener este profesorado, su actitud hacia estas nuevas tecnologías y la formación necesaria para llevar a cabo su labor docente conforme a la exigencias del currículo de la materia de Tecnologías.
La obtención de la información para esta investigación se realiza a través de encuestas online, realizando un primer análisis estadístico descriptivo referente a que TIC son más utilizadas. Profundizando posteriormente con un análisis estadístico inferencial (Anovas, análisis discriminante, regresiones lineales), intentando encontrar relaciones o diferencias entre variables más actitudinales. Pretendiendo por tanto, dar respuesta a la existencia de una verdadera integración de las TIC en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
Este trabajo se plantea mediante objetivos e hipótesis, analizando los resultados obtenidos mediante las distintas pruebas estadísticas e indicando las conclusiones al final de cada uno de los objetivos e hipótesis planteadas.
Nowadays, Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) are fully included in our educational system. Their inclusion in the school world has been very fast during the last decade. Teachers have witnessed how all educational centres have been endowed with computering rooms, multimedia stuff, the Internet, tablets, digital boards, software and all types of ICT resources.
The aim of this piece of research is to detect the real use of ICTs on the part of Technology teachers in the Region of Murcia, as far as the first, third and fourth years of Compulsory Secondary Education are concerned. Thus, we can detect any ICTs needs that can arise in the future, the teachers´ attitude towards these new technologies and their necessary formation, in order to carry out their teaching tasks following the requirements of the curriculum of Technology.
The information of the present piece of research is being carried out by means of online questionnaires, firstly by achieving a descriptive statistical analysis with respect to the most widely used ICTs. Secondly, we are going deeply into an inferring statistical analysis (ANOVA, discriminating analysis and lineal regressions), trying to find any similarities and differences between the most attitudinal variables thus, offering andanswer to the existence of an authentic ICTs integration in the teaching-learning process.
This piece of research has been planned by means of objectives and hypotheses, by analyzing the results that have been obtained in the different statistical tests as well as indicating the conclusions reached at the end of each objective and hypothesis. |
