Este proyecto consiste en el estudio previo que se tiene que llevar a cabo para implantar un sistema de captura de datos en planta con la ayuda de un ERP en una empresa. En este caso, la empresa se trata de REFISA, una PYME del sector industrial, y para ser más exacto del sector ferroviario.
El estudio se ha realizado sobre dos soluciones que se encuentran en el mercado (concretamente se han estudiado las ofertas de las empresas Clibb y Easytech). Entre otras posibilidades que ofrecía el mercado de ERP, se han elegido estas dos ofertas porqué son las que más se adaptan a las necesidades de REFISA, y porque sus propuestas permiten ajustar la solución ofertada al ERP que REFISA utiliza en estos momentos para otras actividades en la empresa.
Una vez hecho el análisis de las dos soluciones, la mejor alternativa ha sido la ofrecida por la empresa Easytech, la cual se estima puede llegar a producir ahorros muy importantes a corto plazo, lo cual supone una amortización muy rápida de la inversión realizada en la adquisición e implantación de esta solución.
This project involves the previous study that must be carried out in order to implement a data capture system plan throghtout an ERP in a company. In this case, the company is REFISA, an SME in the industrial sector, and to be more accurate, in the railway sector.
The study was conducted on two solutions found in the market (in particular have been studied the offers of the companies Clibb and Easytech). Among other possibilities offered by the ERP market, they these two offers have chosen because they are the most suited to the needs of REFISA, and because their proposals can be linked to the ERP that REFISA is currently using for other company activities..
Once the analysis of the two solutions is done, the best alternative has been offered by the company Easytech, which is estimated to produce short-term significant savings, which means a very fast return on investment in the acquisition and implementation of this solution. |
