En aquest estudi qualitatiu s’investiga en què consisteixen les comunitats d’aprenentatge mitjançant l’aprenentatge dialògic. Es pretén conèixer quins són els beneficis d’una nova organització a l’aula anomenada grups interactius. Els instruments utilitzats per recollir les dades són de naturalesa qualitativa, concretament, l’entrevista i l’observació. Per realitzar aquesta investigació s’han fet diverses observacions en diferents classes d’Educació Primària d’una escola urbana de Barcelona coneguda com Els barrufets, ja que és un exemple de comunitat d’aprenentatge, i diverses entrevistes a professionals del centre educatiu, a infants de l’escola, a familiars i a voluntaris. Com a resultats obtinguts a destacar cal dir que el fet d’impartir l’educació a través d’una metodologia basada en l’aprenentatge dialògic exerceix una gran influencia en la millora de la convivència escolar i en l’acceleració de l’aprenentatge per part dels alumnes, fet que potencia una millora de l’èxit acadèmic.
This qualitative research is about discovering what learning communities consist of through a dialogical learning. It is intended to show the benefits in the class of a new organizational structure called interactive groups. The tools used to collect the data come from a qualitative nature, with a specific emphasis on interviewing and observing in the classroom. To carry out this investigation, different observations were made in different Primary Education classes in an urban school in Barcelona known as "Els Barrufets". This Educational center is an example of a learning community. Several interviews have been conducted with professionals within the educational center, children within the school, relatives of school children and volunteers to the school. As a result, It is important to highlight by facts the importance of teaching through a methodology based on dialogical learning (learning through dialogue) , this system has a significant influence on improving interactivity and coexistence within the school. It also greatly improves the student's ability and lifelong learning. Thus, the system provides an overall better academic achievement. |
