Curs 2014-2015
Els darrers anys hi ha hagut una creixent preocupació per l‟augment de pes en els infants. Aquesta problemàtica de sobrepès infantil ha augmentat molt en poc temps, i fins i tot l‟Organització Mundial de la Salut (OMS) l‟ha considerat ja com a epidèmia. Per aquest motiu, aquest estudi està enfocat a analitzar l‟estat dels hàbits físics i alimentaris d‟un grup-classe d‟alumnes de l‟escola Sant Josep, situada a la Costa Brava, on he realitzat les meves pràctiques.
Primerament, revisarem breument els coneixements teòrics actuals envers el problema, i a continuació observarem les dades extretes dels instruments utilitzats per a arribar a les conclusions finals de la problemàtica en aquesta localitat. Per acabar, a partir dels resultats obtinguts he desenvolupat una proposta d‟intervenció educativa per prevenir el sobrepès i la obesitat en aquesta etapa.
In the last years, the worry about the increase in children‟s weight problems has considerably increased to the point to be considered by WHO as an epidemic. Therefore, this study was focused on analysing the state of physical and dietary habits in one students group-class for Sant Josep school in the Costa Brava where I have done practices. Firstly we are going to review current knowledge towards the problem, then we can see the data from the instruments used to reach the final conclusions of the problems in this town. Finally, based on the results I developed a proposal for educational intervention to prevent overweight and obesity in this stage. |
