L’educació emocional, últimament està molt present a la nostra societat, però sabem què és? Què ens aporta? Per què es creu que és important introduir-la a l’escola? Realment som conscients del que comporta educar les emocions? Sabem que per poder educar emocionalment, abans som les persones adultes les que ens hem de formar per què no és una cosa tan senzilla com sembla? Són moltes les preguntes que sovint ens poden passar pel cap, i de les quals no en traiem cap resposta clara. És per això, que aquest Treball Final de Grau pretén intentar donar resposta a totes aquestes preguntes, acostar-se a les teories dels diferents autors, observar les relacions entre els mestres en una escola per crear una proposta d’educació emocional adreçada a mestres i educadors que estan en actiu dins una escola per tal d’afavorir i millorar el propi benestar emocional, tant a nivell personal com a nivell professional.
Emotional education lately is very present in our society, but we know what it is? What gives us? Why is believed to be important to enter the school? Actually we are aware of the emotions involved in education? We know that in order to educate emotionally before we adults that we should be why not something as simple as it seems? There are many questions that we often can pass through the head, and which do not remove any clear answer. Because that, this Final Project Degree aims to try to answer all these questions, approach the theories of different authors observed relations between the teachers in a school to create a proposal aimed at teachers and emotional education educators who are active in schools in order to promote and improve their own emotional well-being, both personally and professionally. |
