The subject of this thesis is the study and redesign of the work methods in an assembly department of a plastic car bumper manufacturer. For this project we will use flexism, a simulation program to model and simulate the plant after introducing the data into the program, some changes will be done in the simulation in order to see the consequences on the departament's behaviour. |
