Title:	Interés de los trenes de viajeros como herramienta de descentralización en la provincia de Buenos Aires

Abstract:	[ANGLÈS] At the beginning of 2006, after many years of development and evolution of high speed trains in Europe, in Argentina arose the idea of developing a new line of high speed trains between the highest populated cities in the country: Buenos Aires, Rosario and Córdoba, this intended project was called The Cobra Project. The goal of the Project was to diminish the traveling time between the cities that compose 70% of the country’s national Gross Domestic Product and also where the biggest business centers are located. This intended to maximize the country growth. (...) Currently most part of the passenger transportation between cities in the Province is done by road, with just a few cities that count with train services and these facilities were installed at the beginning of the XX century and have not been updated since 1950. Adding to the ideals of the Plan de Regionalizacion, a detailed analysis of the existing transport network between the different cities will be conducted. Also research will be done on the need of rail lines that intercommunicate the province and complement the Cobra Project. Balancing the distribution of wealth and population in the territory and working as a key link between social inequality and the stage of high-speed trains in the country.
Abstract:	[CASTELLÀ] A comienzos del año 2006, pasados años de desarrollo y evolución en Europa de la alta velocidad en el ferrocarril, surgió en Argentina la propuesta de implantar una línea de altas prestaciones entre las ciudades más densamente pobladas del país: Buenos Aires, Rosario y Córdoba, llamándolo Proyecto Cobra. La finalidad del proyecto radica en acortar el tiempo de viaje entre las ciudades que conforman el 70% del PBI nacional y donde se concentra el mayor tráfico de negocios y mercancías, impulsando así el crecimiento del país. (...) Actualmente la mayor parte del transporte de pasajeros entre las ciudades del interior de la Provincia se realiza por carretera, siendo unas pocas las que cuentan con servicios ferroviarios, los cuales fueron instalados a principios del siglo XX y desde 1950 nos han sido renovados prácticamente. Acompañando los ideales del Plan de Regionalización, se realizará un análisis detallado de la actual red de transporte existente entre las distintas ciudades. Se analizará la necesidad de líneas ferroviarias que conformen una red mallada en la Provincia y se complemente con el Proyecto Cobra, equilibrando la distribución de riquezas y población en el territorio y funcionando como un eslabón clave entre la desigualdad social y la etapa de la alta velocidad en el país.
