The concept of "hybrid architecture" developed in this study considers hybrid all architecture that is at once object, landscape and infrastructure. Hybrid architecture, pushed by the fact that it concentrates in a single architectural intervention a triple object-, landscape- and infrastructure-related nature,
generates architectural answers with very specific features, and its study achieves following goals:
1: Clarify the term hybrid related to architectural intervention;
2: Transform the qualities of hybrid architecture into project tools serving architecture in general;
3: Reveal the responsibility and ability of architecture to configure the common space beyond the physical area of intervention |
