The aim of this project is to address prime number distribution in two different situations: arithmetic progressions, by studying Dirichlet's theorem, and Galois extensions, through Chebotarev's theorem. After some preliminars, we go through Dirichlet's theorem as well as a standard proof of it, and we enunciate Chebotarev's theorem. We also present some effective versions of both theorems and compute some examples comparing our experimental results with the theoretical ones given in the theorems.

L'objectiu és entendre el Teorema de Cebotarev sobre l'equidistribució dels automorfismes de Frobenius en cossos de nombres, així com el cas particular que dóna lloc al Teorema de Dirichlet sobre primers en progressions aritmètiques. Es presterà especial atenció a les qüestions relacionades amb la velocitat de convergència.
