Abstract:	[ANGLÈS] This project shows the study of optoelectronic packaging process and the evolution of the work realized in order to find low-cost alternatives, useful for situations where a low number of these devices is needed.
Abstract:	[CASTELLÀ] Este proyecto recoge el estudio del proceso de packaging de dispositivos optoelectrónicos y la evolución del trabajo realizado para encontrar alternativas low-cost, útiles para situaciones donde se requiera un número limitado de estos componentes.
Abstract:	[CATALÀ] Aquest projecte recull l'estudi del procés de packaging de dispositius optoelectrònics i l'evolució del treball realitzat per trobar alternatives low-cost, útils per situacions on es requereixi un nombre limitat d'aquest components.
