Aquest document detalla la metodologia i implementació d’un projecte ERP a nivell empresarial. Aquest procés és llarg i complex d’explicar i escenificar. Per tal d’aconseguir-ho s’ha pres com a model la implementació del mòdul de recursos humans, ja que és un mòdul satèl·lit i més senzill d’exposar. Dins d’aquest es pot controlar: l’estructura organitzativa, aptituds i competències per lloc de treball i empleat, selecció i avaluació dels treballadors dins d’una empresa. El projecte es divideix en tres parts diferenciades: teoria de l’ERP, fases d’un projecte i cas pràctic d’implementació d’un projecte. La primera part (teoria de l’ERP) narra l’evolució que ha tingut l’ERP des dels anys 60 fins l’actualitat i les propietats que provoquen el que triïn les empreses productives com al seu sistema de gestió. Aquesta evolució es veu accelerada a partir de l’efecte 2000 degut al gran salt tecnològic que hi ha hagut en l’ultima dècada i la necessitat creixent de poder gestionar grans volums de dades per la presa de decisions estratègiques de l’empresa, a partir d’una informació fiable. En una segona part, s’aprofundeix en el flux d’implementació d’un ERP. S’exposa en l’ordre cronològic i adequat de les diferents fases que esta estructurat un projecte. Cal seguir aquestes pautes perquè el projecte tingui el menor impacte en el canvi de tecnologia. S’exposen diverses opcions en cada punt en funció del sector de l’empresa, recursos que té, volums, etc. Finalment, s’exposa un cas pràctic d’implementació on es recull de manera experimental la teoria recollida anteriorment. Es realitza basat en un model d’aplicació vertical (sense tenir personalitzacions o modificacions del sistema) i s’inclouen totes les opcions que es poden personalitzar del sistema. Al finalitzar aquest projecte s’aconsegueix adquirir l’esquema analític que s’aplica en implantar un ERP, així com, els beneficis i les complicacions que hi sorgeixen quan hi ha un canvi tecnològic d’aquesta mena. Abstract: This document details the methodology and implementation of one project ERP to business level. This process is long and complex to explain. In order to achieve it, the implementation of the module of human resources has been taken as a model, since it is a minor module and it is simpler to expose. The following aspects can be controlled: the organisational structure, aptitude and competences for place of work and employee, selection and assessment of the workers in a company. The project is divided into three differentiated parts: "teoria de l'ERP", "fases d'un projecte" and "cas pràctic d'implementació d'un projecte". The first part ("teoria de l'ERP") narrates the evolution that the ERP has followed since the 60s until these days and the properties that make productive companies choose it as their system of management. This evolution sped up with the effect 2000 due to the huge technological advance that has taken place in the last decade and the increasing need to be able to process big volumes of data in order to take strategic company decisions supported by reliable information. The second part deepens in the flow of implementation of an ERP. It exposes in chronological and suitable order the different phases in which a project is structured. It is necessary to follow these guidelines so that the project has the minimum impact in the change of technology. Different options are exposed in each point depending on the sector of the company, its resources, volumes, etc. Finally a practical case of implementation is presented. It collects the previous theory in an experimental way and it is based in a model of vertical application (without customisations or modifications of the system) and it includes all the options that can be customised in the system. At the end of the project, the analytical diagram applied to the ERP implementation is made explicit as well as the benefits and the complications that arise when such a technological change takes place.
