In this study we examine the paper of gender perception of entrepreneurship in a
technology-based field. Data on gender perception of entrepreneurship was collected
from students from ITU Management department with implicit testing. As
hypothesized, perception of entrepreneurship topics in a technology-based field were
significantly more associated to male than to female and there was a significant
difference between how, both male and female’s, subject’s attitudes change from
first year of university to senior’s year. Furthermore, findings suggest that women’s
perception of entrepreneurship was less affected by university studies than it was to
men subjects. |
