nous materials, elements i sistemes constructius.
podrien analitzar altres edificis diferents i
[ANGLES] The construction of new buildings represents a
high percentage of CO2 emissions in Europe
and is one of the most polluting the planet, it is a
real data to be analyzed and improved in any
way possible. For this reason architects and
designers should ensure that buildings have the
least possible environmental impact, choosing
designs and products more environmentally
friendly, generating a lower environmental cost.
The purpose of this investigation was to obtain a
real vision of consumption resulting from the
construction of two residential buildings for
youth located in Barcelona, during the
implementation phase, manufacturing and
construction elements used in the same
construction; and analyze the possibility of
amortizing such consumption in the future. Well
as a comparison between the two models studied
in order to call a "winning building" that will be
presented by the best sustainable values, namely,
those who pollute less and / or have a greater
removablity.
To carry out this research analyzed the buildings
from the construction phase to the final phase of
deconstruction of the building, including, in this
last phase the parties can be extracted and reused
in other buildings of non-reusable parts.
Thus, analyzing the buildings from the point of
view of the life cycle of materials, namely, from
manufacture to the possible reuse of the same,
you can get a value of the recoverable amount of
CO2 through reuse the materials of the building,
thus avoiding an increase of emissions of CO2
build new materials, components and building
systems.
This research was done using a series of tools
weighting, useful for both the models and, with
them, could also analyze other buildings and
compare them later.
These tools could be studied buildings
sustainably in advance, knowing the
environmental impact resulting from the
construction and thus have a real vision of this
data before execution.
This way you can make decisions about possible
changes to the buildings before its construction
in order to optimize the resources we have and
improve the environmental costs generated. with
the intended purpose of making the environment
does not become so damaged by the
construction of new buildings and a more
responsible use of the earth's crust and the
resources that nature provides. |
