Abstract:
|
At present there exists multitude of way of measuring displacements in structure
of all kinds, be in phase of execution or in phase of service and maintenance. The fact of
being able to evaluate at all time the displacements that a structure suffers allows to
have a control of her and in turn it allows to be able to act in her when abnormal values
appear.
Of equal way, in the laboratories of structures there exist many elements of
measurement that they need of a high level both of electronics and of electrical engineer
to optimize the capture of measurements or to need of an infrastructure to be able to
catch the information and visualize them. This work is centred in developing a tool of
measurement that avoids the whole necessary knowledge and in turn he avoids also the
necessary infrastructure to catch the information and to visualize them.
The present study centres, since we have said, on developing a tool low-cost that
allows to be able to catch the information and to visualize them without need of a
powerful electrical infrastructure and in addition to allow the visualization of them of
automatic and clear form. East appears in a general frame that is described later.
First of all, there have been defined the general frame of precedents and the
principal aims that the work chases, as well as the methodological aspects used for the
fulfillment of the above mentioned purpose.
Once the general framework bounded both background and objectives and
methodology, after an extensive bibliographical review, one presents the condition of
the art in which they appear from the bibliographical review of the displacements and
his ways of measuring up as Arduino's description, key concept in this work, and the
forms that this one has to take part of the world of the Civil Engineering.
Made the review and presented the state of knowledge, there is done a
description of the materials that will form a part of a form or other one of the
development of the tool low-cost that chases this work. The chapter divides in
Hardware and Software, being the first paragraph the place where there are defined the
materials that will shape the tool and the second one, the place where the software
define that it is used for the development of the tool.
In order to obtain all the information presented is to start a test of validation is
realized to know if the tool that we are going to develop is valid and on the other hand
we look for the resolution of this one to be able to obtain this way the relation between
light and distance. For it we are going to develop an own test of validation using the
materials explained in the previous chapter together with technology that prepare to
obtain nowadays an economic repercussion of this test more possible fall.
Presented the validation test together with the results of that and fixed the
resolution of the system and corroborated that the idea of tool of measure that we chase
works, we submit it to an experimental campaign to obtain royal values of
displacements of materials. These materials are a mortar of repair (Concrete), props of
steel (experimental campaign that has already begun) and mortar of lime (Masonry).
Finally, in the chapter 6, there are exposed the conclusions extracted from the
accomplishment of the different works, a last point being attached by the bibliography
indexed in the text and other publications consulted along the draft of the work. |
