90% of the Internet data was generated in a massive way and gathered in recent years. This explains the necessity of a solution that allows you to store, process, visualize and manipulate the large quantity of data generated. It is the big companies profit most from this, due to transformational data towards required knowledge for making big decisions, either social or economic. The aim of this project is to go deep into the manipulation and visualization of that data by developing some dynamic analyses1 which show that knowledge for the correct control of the online bank service for their customers. Accessing to the bank’s data base (DDBB), where all operations are registered, allows you to identify the ones capable of being transformed to necessary information for the described study. In order to carry this out, a modeling has been created by Business Intelligence (BI) techniques. This model consist on designing an extraction process of the identified data, transformation and loading into created tables with the required parameters to finally attack them and create a couple of dashboards2. This process will be daily and will provide dashboards according to different necessities to be able to measure the stability of the service by creating some alerts. This measurement is about how many times these alerts appears into different associated reports. Various Oracle’s tool will be used, such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to manipulate and load data, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to the presentation layer of reports and Oracle SQL Developer to check the different data base. |
