Abstract:	Textile Roofs 2017, the twenty-second International Workshop on the Design and Practical Realisation of Architectural Membranes, took place on 15–17 May, 2017 at the Archenhold Observatory Berlin, and was chaired by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Rosemarie Wagner (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, KIT) and Dr.-Ing. Bernd Stary (Berlin Academy of Architectural Membrane Structures, AcaMem). It was attended by 83 participants from 13 countries covering two continents. Once again, the attendance demonstrated the success of the event, which has become firmly established since it was first held in 1995
