Title:	Premsa diària i comunicació política: La percepció del projecte de reforma de l'Estatut de Catalunya en 12 diaris espanyols

Abstract:	La recerca que es presenta en aquest article analitza la percepció del projecte de nou Estatut de Catalunya a la premsa espanyola. L’estudi s’ha fet a partir dels editorials i de les portades publicades en dotze diaris de tot l’Estat entre els dies 1 d’octubre i 15 de desembre de/n2005. El projecte de nou Estatut de Catalunya va provocar un debat sobredimensionat que va convertir els mitjans en una autèntica «arena política», un locus públic on mitjans i polítics van desplegar múltiples estratègies ideològiques cooperatives o competitives. L’article conclou que el nou Estatut va patir un rebuig sever en la majoria de diaris, especialment en alguns d’àmbit estatal, i tracta d’identificar les diferències de matís entre els dotze rotatius./nEl treball també dissecciona els punts forts i febles del projecte estatutari segons els rotatius/nanalitzats.
Abstract:	The research presented in this article analyzes the perception of the project of a new Statute/nof Catalonia in the Spanish press. The study has been made from the analysis of the editorials/nand the front pages published in twelve newspapers of all the State between October 1st and December 15th, 2005. The project of new Statute of Catalonia induced a overdimensioned debate that converted Media into an authentic «political arena», a public locus where Media and politicians displayed multiple cooperative or competitive ideological/nstrategies. The article concludes that the new Statute suffered a severe rejection in the majority of newspapers, especially in some of the national ones, and tries to observe the differences between these 12 newspapers. The research also dissects the strong and weak points of the project in the analyzed newspapers.
