[ANGLÈS] Within the plan of technological innovation of a company, it is important to maintain the network, equipment and the services in the most updated state possible. One of the biggest insurance companies in Spain has started a project to renovate its network and implement an internal communications service based on IP. This TFG is one of the most demanding parts of this project, where all communications infrastructure of the client should be renewed to enable it with the essential requirements to support video conferencing and IP telephony service. First we are going to see a brief description of the services that the ISP offers to its most important customers the current scenario through which the various networks that make up the vast network of services will be introduced. So we can identify which elements of each network will have to reconfigured and what will be the new network architecture. This block has very clear objectives: Update the routing protocol from RIPv2 to BGP, redesign the logical schema of VLANS, increase the fiber optic speed from 10MB to 100MB and standardize the backup speed based on ADSL2 +. Some changes will be done to the router of each building to match the new network requirements. There will also be an increase to the speed in both fiber optic and ADSL, these changes will result in a change to the top-level networks. An IP telephony service will be implemented. To host it, a VLAN-based architecture will be designed to distinguish between the different types of traffic and new equipment will be installed and configured (switches, and IP phones, WAAS optimizer) at all locations. Finally, thanks to the wide range of tools that the ISP provides, we will analyze some configurations and show some results to verify the proper functioning of the network and services.

[CASTELLÀ] Dentro del plan de innovación tecnológica de una empresa es importante mantener la red, los equipos y los servicios en un estado lo más actualizado y moderno posible. Dentro de esta línea, una de las mutuas de salud más importantes de España se ha embarcado en un proyecto de gran envergadura para la renovación de toda su red de sucursales y la implantación de un servicio de comunicaciones interno basado en IP. Este TFG se enmarca en una de las partes más voluminosas de este proyecto, donde se renovará toda la infraestructura de comunicaciones y del cliente para capacitarla con los requisitos imprescindibles para albergar un servicio de videoconferencia y telefonía sobre IP. Primeramente se describirá brevemente los servicios que el ISP contratado ofrece a sus grandes clientes y se introducirá el escenario actual pasando por las diversas redes que conforman la gran red de servicio. Así podremos identificar que elementos de cada red habrá que reconfigurar y cuál será el nuevo nivel lógico de la red. Este bloque tiene unos objetivos muy claros: Actualizar el protocolo de enrutamiento de RIPv2 a BGP, rediseñar el esquema lógico de VLANS, aumentar la velocidad de la fibra de cada sede de 10MB a 100MB y estandarizar la velocidad del circuito de backup basado en Adsl2+. Se realizarán cambios en el router principal de cada sede para adaptarlo al nuevo diseño de red. También se procederá al aumento de velocidades tanto en fibra como el ADSL, estos cambios conllevarán cambios en las redes de alto nivel. Se va implementar un servicio de telefonía IP. Para ello se diseñará una arquitectura interna basada en VLAN para diferenciar los distintos tipos de tráfico y se instalarán y configurarán nuevos equipos (switches, optimizadores WaaS y teléfonos IP) en todas las sedes. Por último, y gracias al gran abanico de herramientas a las cuales tendremos acceso al trabajar con el ISP, realizaremos distintas pruebas de calidad para verificar el resultado final y el correcto funcionamiento del servicio.
