The technical and operational study that analyzes the viability of the use of drones in the field of cleaning, arises from an operational need of the company Serlim, which is dedicated to cleaning facades of buildings. The study is based on the introduction of the drone in the field of cleaning thanks to its multifunctionality and adaptation in different fields. The drone technology is booming, and its use is increasingly wide. The main limitation of this project is the current legislation that limits the operation, for which a study based on SORA is carried out, a methodology recognized by AESA. A research is also carried out, around the sensors necessary to carry out the cleaning operation and the impact of its assembly on the drone structure is studied. As has been mentioned, the world of drone technology is booming, therefore there are different models with different characteristics. Hence, three alternative platforms are proposed to carry out the operation, and its advantages and disadvantages are analysed. The fact of adding a cleaning system to the structure of the drone, can unbalance it and for this a brief technical study is carried out that studies the viability of the project. And finally, the costs to develop the project are presented and a hypothesis of the return of the operation in a period of one year, according to the amount of work carried out with the drone.
