El jaciment de la Gran Via-Can Ferrerons, a Premià de Mar, ocupa unes 5,5 ha. S’han fet excavacions arqueològiques en quatre sectors, corresponents a diferents períodes. La quantitat important de material recuperat, ha permès fer un estudi de les ceràmiques d’imitació de les africanes de cuina, amb la presència d’algunes formes poc comunes. Molt possiblement, aquestes ceràmiques es van produir a la pròpia terrisseria del jaciment. Aquestes produccions són habituals al Maresme. Actualment, el Baix Maresme és la zona de major densitat de tallers productius d’aquestes ceràmiques, que coneixem.

The site of the Gran Via-Can Ferrerons, in Premià de Mar, occupies 5.5 h. Archaeological excavations have been carried out in four sectors, corresponding to different periods. The important amount of recovered material has allowed a study of the imitation African Cooking Wares, with the presence of some unusual forms. Very possibly, these potteries took place in the own pottery of the site. There productions are common in the Maresme. At present, Baix Maresme is the area with the highest density of production workshops of these ceramics, which we know.
