Tomando como objeto de estudio, los diferentes Planes de Actuación Municipal (PAM) de los 36 municipios del AMB que incoporan esta tipologia de planificación estratégia a cuatro años vista, se pretende analizar y verificar en primer lugar, si en el documento realizan una mirada estrictamente local, sin hacer referencia a acciones con repercusión territorial más amplia, o bien abordan políticas con carácter metropolitano. Se identificará la tipología y ámbitos de aquellas estrategias sobre las cuales efectúan esa mirada supramunicipal. En segundo lugar se pretende observar si existe correlación entre las políticas y los ejes de trabajo de los diferentes PAMs municipales (prioridades, principales ejes de trabajo), con respecto a las prioridades planteadas en el PAM del AMB. Intentando medir el grado de coherencia y consistencia entre las políticas municipales y las estrategias metropolitanas. En esencia validar si se trabaja en sintonía en los dos escenarios territoriales o existen perspectivas/miradas diferentes. |

Taking as object of study, the different plans of municipal action (PAM) of those 36 towns, who belong to the AMB, which include this planning typology strategy for the following 4 years, we expect to analyze and verify in the first place, if the document takes a strictly local look, without referring to actions with a wider territorial effect, or it deals with politics which have a metropolitan character. We will identify both tipology and also of those strategies above which we take these supramunicipal look. On second place, we expect to observe if there is an interrelationship between the politics and the different work axles of the different municipal PAMs (priorities, main work axles), in relation to the different priorities which have been laid out by PAM of AMB. Trying to measure the scale of coherence and consistency existing between the municipal politics and the metropolitan strategies. In essence to prove if one works in agreement in both territorial scenes or there are perspectives and/or different looks. |
