La legislació vigent ha fixat uns límits pel contingut en aflatoxines en productes destinats a alimentació infantil de 0,1 μg/kg de producte, degut al caràcter hepatòxic, genotòxic, carcinogènic que presenten aquestes micotoxines.
El projecte pretén avaluar l’eficàcia d’un tractament profilàctic que s’aplica durant el procés de floració del presseguer, per prevenir el desenvolupament d’Aspergillus parasiticus, i conseqüentment, la formació d’aflatoxines en qualsevol de les seves formes (A1, A2, B1 i B2) en la fruita desenvolupada.
L’aplicació del tractament fungicida ha mostrat eficàcia en els primers estadis de desenvolupament floral, però s’ha observat creixement del fong en la finalització del període de floració.
És per aquest motiu, que un cop revisats els resultats es recomana investigar el perquè del creixement fúngic en l’últim estadi de la floració.

This project pretends to evaluate the efficacy of a prophylactic treatment applied during the flowering process in peach trees in order to prevent the growth of Aspergillus parasiticus and the consequent formation of aflatoxins in any of its forms (A1, A2, B1 and B2) in the fruit.
The implementation of the fungicide treatment has shown to be effective in the early stages of the flowering process, however fungal growth has been observed in the last flowering stage.
It is for this reason that once the results are reviewed it is recommended to investigate the reason for the fungal growth in the last flowering period. |
