Introducció: La societat d’avui en dia imposa uns cànons de bellesa i una cultura de la imatge que afecta negativament, sobretot en grups influenciables com ara els i les adolescents i que pot provocar l’aparició de trastorns mentals com ara els Trastorns de Conducta Alimentària (TCA).La prevenció d’aquests trastorns en adolescents s’ha demostrat que és efectiva i, que ho és més, si es tracten alguns factors de risc com ara l’autoestima i la imatge corporal. A més, hi ha evidències que confirmen que el teatre és una eina molt útil per garantir l’èxit dels programes de prevenció.
Objectiu: En el present projecte es planteja un programa de prevenció de TCA anomenat “S’aixeca el teló” en el qual els i les adolescents treballaran l’autoestima, l’alfabetització mediàtica i la imatge corporal.
Metodologia: El present projecte d’intervenció és un programa de prevenció anomenat: “S’aixeca el teló”. El projecte consta d’una sèrie de sessions teatrals dirigides als i les adolescents de 1r i 2n d’ESO, mitjançant les tècniques del Teatre de l’Oprimit. Està plantejat per dur-se a terme a l’Institut Almatà de Balaguer amb una durada d’un curs acadèmic.
Avaluació: L’avaluació del programa es faria mitjançant tres escales validades i una reflexió, que es passarien abans i després de les diferents intervencions per tal de saber si el programa és efectiu.
Introduction: The society of today imposes standards of beauty and a culture of look that negatively affects, especially in easily influenced impressionable groups such as teenagers and that can cause the rise of mental disorders such as Eating Disorders. The prevention of these disorders in teenagers has been shown to be effective, specially when some risk factors such as self-esteem and body image are addressed. In addition, there is evidence to confirm that theatre plays are a very useful tool to guarantee the success of such prevention programs.
Objective: In the present work an Eating Disorder prevention program named "S'aixeca el teló" is proposed. In this program, teenagers will work on self-esteem, media literacy and body image.
Methodology: The present intervention project is a prevention program named "S'aixeca el teló". The project consists of a set of theatrical sessions aimed at teenagers of 1st and 2nd of ESO through the techniques of the "Theatre of the Oppressed". Is planned to be carried out at Institut Almatà in Balaguer and it would last for one academic year.
Evaluation: The evaluation of the program would be done through three validated scales and a reflection that would be done before and after the different interventions to understand the effectiveness of the program. |
