La selección natural en Popper y Peirce

Both Peirce and Popper thought about the darwinian theory of evolution. From different perspectives they coincided in stating that natural selection is a non productive factor of biological evo-lution. Each of them put forward an active agent other than natural selection in the evolutionary process.
