Abstract:	This project seeks to contribute to new understandings as mentioned above, through the design, implementation and adoption of the CitizenSqKm communicative ecology, and through a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative assessment of its development. The result will be subjected to further analysis and can be re-packaged and adopted elsewhere.
