The purpose of this TFC is to make a thorough study of the existing telecommunications technologies and acquire knowledge, both technically and globally, in terms of what a network project entails and requires. To do this, we simulate being a retail company offering telecommunications services. In our particular case, WAN network service to an energy sector company. It is intended to enhance the network that companyForferry SA currently awarded to our telecommunications services company Telcofe SA. The actual contract will expire in 18 months and our commit will be to offer a proposal to improve the system they currently have. Always responding to the current and future communications needs. The TFC is divided into three main sections; -Studying the customer operative service for which we will work. We will define customer requirements, where we started and where we are going. -Analysing of the current market in terms of access, equipment and technologies involved in the service. -Setting a final customer services offer. In this section, we will see the network topology chosen, the implementation methodology, maintenance methodology and economic conditions relating to the service. Currently, the agility of telematics procedures is an important point when it comes to improving services in the face of end-user satisfaction. More and more procedures are carried out in this consideration; commercial offers, billing and online payments, troubleshooting, customer service, etc. This means that companies need more and sturdier resources to provide consumer needs with solvency. Thus their market share and thereby their income increases. |
