he objective of this project is to predict whether a customer will be

romoter or detractor of
the
brand
under study
from the experience of the service
received
in
the industrialized repair activity in the Iberian Peninsula.
This experience is measured through a real survey that provides us with
quantitative data. These data are used as a basis for
a segmentation of
customers using pattern recognition techniques that will be used for the prediction
of the customer’s proclivity to recommend the brand. |
