Abstract:	Finland and Estonia are separated by the Gulf of Finland, which is eighty kilometer wide and can be crossed via ferry, plane or by car through Russia. The fastest mode of transport is the plane, with a 35 minute journey, followed by the interval of 1 hour and 40 min that needs the ferry at least. Nevertheless, the travel time that uses the plane should be calculated taking into account the time invested in the airports. For that reason the travel time is longer than one hour.
