The breaks in dams or rafts are responsible for great material damage and human deaths. It is very important to develop an alert system that improves what is currently known. These systems are quite late and old. A solution is needed that is quick so that the population can react in the quickest way to an adversity of this caliber. For this reason, the development of an early warning drone has been proposed by the company HEMAV S.L., based on a VTOL drone equipped with a backpack that will launch flares and an alarm system that will notify all affected people quickly and efficiently. The objective of this final degree project is to complement the ALERTMAV project of HEMAV S.L. creating a telecommunication system between the drone and the base station so you can send a live video and telemetry, so you can track the drone throughout the flight and see the areas you are flying over. For this purpose, a market analysis has been carried out by contacting the leading companies in the sector. With all the information received, a weighting table has been created to be able to choose the device objectively. It has also been carried out the design and development of the system that will form the radio link with all the elements that will form it and its validation. This document is the initial phase of the ALERTMAV project. Thanks to the study carried out and the chosen system, you will be able to continue researching at HEMAV S.L. once finished this final work of career. Therefore, the design and development part is designed as a guide for engineers or students who follow the project to have feedback on what has been done. |
