Facing the more and more intensive competition in the shipping market, ports need to create new service products and processes to enhance their performance and attract more customers to gain competitive edges. this project based on the service innovation thesis to evaluate the various influencing factors and finally find out the determinants of port logistics service innovation for the case of ningbo port. |
