Below is exposed a project which is a development of a computer software application. This software will be implemented in the final control of line (CFL) of electrical motorbikes manufacturer line.
This software is based on object-oriented programming and it will have the purpose of configuring all the serial numbers of each electronic device of the motorbike power train, generating a record of all the units produced throughout the production day and saving this record on a factory server. Will be very important to keep in mind the time of the configuration process and the level of attention that the software will requires to the worker that is in the workplace of final line control, since the production line is dynamic, and each motorbike is in the same workplace a maximum of 12 minutes. In addition, the worker must be able to connect to the motorbike, start the configuration process, perform all his final control verifications and finally check the configuration process result and disconnect from the motorbike, and all these steps in that time. The software must be able to detect both possible errors in the assembly such as electronic errors, and it will be the responsible for giving approval so that motorbike can get off the production line as good or not.
The programming of the software is base in the C++ programming language, in it is developed with the IDE Visual Studio from Microsoft. All Communications between the motorcycle and the software will be through the CAN bus of the motorcycle, through a CAN to USB interface. So, will be necessary to include and be known about CAN communication source libraries. |
