Abstract:

This project deals with the electrical and fire protection installations of an establishment of 56
m2 of an ice cream parlour that will have production of 12,600 litters, located in Castelldefels.
The ice cream shop consists of a workman, a sales room, services and an outdoor terrace. The
total power to hire from the premises is 24kW. Fire protection shall be done through the use
of passive means such as the use of fire-resistant materials and signage. The active fire defence
is the fire extinguisher.
Finally, an economic analysis is carried out to know the profitability that the project will be
able to have. |
