Abstract:	The aim of this work is to design a natural polymers-based hydrogel for cell encapsulation of both mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and neural precursors (NPs). The developed hydrogel properties will be tuned to combine high cell viability and printability using rapid prototyping technologies (3D printing using CellInk technology). The ability of MSCs to release microvesicles and growth factors after encapsulation and the effect of printing on NPs differentiation will be analyzed.
