Abstract:
|
This article seeks to study the theology and anthropology of the narrative of the Annunciation to Mary,
taking Luke 1.26-38 as its starting point. For a proper understanding of the Annunciation to Mary in
Luke, full hermeneutic account is taken of John 1.14: ‘the word was made flesh’. The main threads of
the Annunciation are examined from an exegetical point of view, as well as theological and philosophical-
anthropological ones. There are thus seen within the narrative not only the Word of God but
also the true humanity of humankind. |
