Abstract

The goals for this project have been changing continuously during the development process of it, which may have been caused by the agile methodology that was decided to follow. At first, the goal was to build an application round a previous proposed solution, that converted a standalone functionality into a whole environment in which users could find a lot of information about the courses they were enrolled into and, at the same time, allow the users to upload official files to be scanned via computer vision. Then, the goals steered into the creation of a new platform, which would have the same environment as the previous idea but would change completely how the work was done under the hood. Ultimately, the main selling point of this idea would still be to scan the files via computer vision. For a final objective, the goal of this project was to create a platform with the mentioned environment from where users could enroll into courses created by their companies, but instead of filling the real forms and then upload them to the platform, the main idea was to generate government forms with their information since they are mandatory to complete the courses.
