Les sinèrgies del turisme urbà en la ciutat intermèdia. Cas pràctic de Lleida

Abstract

En el present treball es pretén descriure la ciutat de Lleida des d’una òptica sinèrgica, on es destaquen els àmbits turístic i urbanístic. Es tracta doncs d’analitzar les dinàmiques urbanes d’aquesta ciutat intermèdia i la seva relació amb el territori, així com els seus instruments de gestió i planificació. De l’estructura del contingut se’n diferencien dues parts, en primer lloc es contextualitza el missatge mitjançant la definició dels termes més rellevants i que esdevenen fonamentals per situar l’òptica des de la que se’n tractarà el segon apartat; on es combinen els anàlisis territorial, urbanístic i turístic i on hi pren protagonisme el turisme de negocis entorn al Palau de Congressos la Llotja.

The aim of this project is to describe Lleida from a synergetic point of view under touristic and urbanistic considerations and, therefore, analysing its urban dynamics and mutual influence between the city itself, as a middle city class, and its surroundings, highlighting the current management and planning tools available. The project has been organized in two different parts which are developed by stages. The first part contextualizes the topic by defining the most relevant parameters, which become essential to enable us to go through the second part. Finally, in the second part, the case is studied by combining the urbanistic and touristic analysis, as well as taking into account its territorial scope, emphasizing the business tourism related to the newest palace of congress, la Llotja.
