Reflexiones en torno al «Tercer Sector». Sus objetivos y funciones en el marco de la lucha contra la exclusión social

Abstract

El texto se basa, en parte, en los resultados de una investigación realizada en la ciudad de Lleida. Sus objetivos son aportar un análisis, e iniciar una reflexión, sobre las diferentes estrategias que se articulan en la lucha contra la exclusión sociolaboral en la ciudad de Lleida desde las diferentes entidades del Tercer Sector, de las herramientas y metodologías que utilizan y de los objetivos que persiguen. Se parte de la premisa de que, aunque la exclusión social es un proceso multifactorial y complejo de abordar, sin duda, las actividades encaminadas a la inserción en el mundo laboral de las personas vulnerables, son una pieza clave los mecanismos que, tanto desde el ámbito público como el privado, se pueden instrumentar para prevenirla. Así, la investigación se centraliza en estos aspectos, partiendo tanto de los diferentes recursos con los que se cuenta para acometerlas, como de las características que presentan los beneficiarios de las mismas.

The text is based partly of the results of an investigation carried out in the city of Lleida. Their objectives are to contribute an analysis, and to begin a reflection, on the different strategies that are articulated in the fight against the exclusion sociolaboral in the city of Lleida from the different Entities of the Third Sector, of the tools and methodologies that use and of the objectives that pursue. He/she leaves of the premise that, although the social exclusion is a process multifactorial and complex of approaching, without a doubt, the activities guided to the insert in the labor world of vulnerable people, are a key piece the mechanisms that, so much from the public environment as the private one, they can be orchestrated to prevent it. This way, the investigation is centralized in these aspects, leaving so much of the different resources with those that is counted to attack them, as of the characteristics that the beneficiaries of the same ones present.
