Programa d’intervenció basat en evidència científica per tal d’incrementar els coneixements de les llevadores de la regió sanitària de Lleida quant a mesures efectives per afavorir la fertilitat saludable

Abstract

Introducció: L’augment dels problemes de fertilitat i el desig de tenir un fill més tard del que és recomanable fan que augmentin els problemes de fertilitat a la nostra societat. Una adequada formació a les llevadores pot fomentar la promoció de la salut sexual i reproductiva, així com la prevenció d’alguns problemes de salut reproductiva. Objectiu: Implantar un programa formatiu a Lleida, basat en evidència científica, avaluant l’impacte d’una intervenció educativa infermera quant a la millora del coneixement sobre fertilitat per afavorir el consell a les dones que volen gestar a la consulta preconcepcional de les llevadores dels CAP de la regió sanitària de Lleida. Metodologia: Estudi quasiexperimental, amb disseny pretest/post-test, d’una intervenció formativoeducativa basada en evidència a les llevadores dels CAP de la regió sanitària de Lleida per millorar els coneixement sobre fertilitat i poder-lo implantar a la consulta pregestacional. Discussió i conclusions: Serà efectiva la intervenció realitzada quant a l’increment dels coneixements adquirits a les llevadores realitzant una pràctica clínica basada en l’evidència científica disponible i mantenir actualitzades les competències professionals, entre aquestes, desenvolupar activitats docents dirigides a les mateixes llevadores i a altres professionals de la salut, així com activitats d’investigació dirigides a la millora de l’activitat professional fonamentant-ne la pràctica clínica en els resultats obtinguts de la investigació científica, generant i difonent el coneixement científic de forma continuada. Contribuint a l’eficiència de la millora de la salut sexual reproductiva de les persones perquè puguin prendre decisions tan informades com sigui possible, i així contribuir a la salut tot establint mesures efectives per afavorir l’eficàcia de la fertilitat saludable, si ho desitgen, per prevenir els problemes de salut sexual i reproductiva i promocionar la salut sexual i reproductiva des de l’atenció primària de la nostra comunitat.

Introduction: The increase in fertility problems and the desire to have a child later than recommended increase the fertility problems in our society. Proper midwifery training can promote promotion in sexual and reproductive health, and prevention in some reproductive health problems. Objective: To implement a training program in Lleida, based on scientific evidence, evaluating the effectiveness of an educational nursing intervention, in terms of improving the knowledge about fertility in order to improve the advice of the doctors who want to develop in the preconceptional consultation of the midwives of the CAP of the health region of Lleida. Methodology: Quasi experimental study with pre-test/post-test design of an educational training intervention based on evidence in midwives of the CAP in the healthcare region of Lleida in order to improve the knowledge about fertility and to be able to implant it in pre-counseling. Discussion and conclusions: The intervention carried out in terms of the increase in the knowledge acquired in the midwives will be effective, by carrying out a clinical practice based on available scientific evidence and keeping up-to-date on professional competencies, among them, developing teaching activities aimed at the midwives and other health professionals, as well as research activities aimed at improving professional activity based on clinical practice in the results obtained from scientific research, generating and disseminating scientific knowledge on an ongoing basis. Contributing to the efficiency of improving the sexual reproductive health of people so they can make informed decisions as possible, and thus contribute to health by establishing effective measures to promote the efficacy of healthy fertility, if they so wish, to prevent sexual and reproductive health problems and to promote sexual and reproductive health from the primary care of our community.
