Soundland. Mapa interactiu del sound system a Catalunya

Abstract

Soundland és un documental interactiu sobre la cultura sound system alternativa a Catalunya, que posa el focus als col·lectius abanderats de l’autogestió, la difusió de la cultura i del moviment de barri. Com a objectiu principal es vol desenvolupar un mapa interactiu en línia que pugui expandir-se al llarg del temps arreu del territori espanyol, i doni a conèixer aquesta cultura que està molt estigamitzada i invisibilitzada. A partir de les entrevistes volem prendre el pols de l’escena i parlar d’aquesta cultura des d’una perspectiva de gènere, necessària dins d’un món masculinitzat.

Soundland is an interactive documentary about the alternative sound system culture in Catalunya that focuses on the collectives that support self-management, the diffusion of culture and the neighborhood movement. The main goal of the project is developing an interactive online map that can be expanded around the spanish territory and shows this culture, that is very stigmatized and invisible. From the interviews we want to question the scene and talk about this culture from a gender perspective, that is necessary in a masculinized world.
