Disseny d’un programa educatiu sobre prevenció de malalties de transmissió sexual i l’ús d’anticonceptius dirigit a població adolescent d’un centre escolar

Abstract

En els últims anys, l’ús dels mètodes anticonceptius ha anat en augment entre la població a nivell mundial i ha sigut clau per la planificació familiar i també per la salut reproductiva de la dona. Actualment, es coneix que existeixen una gran varietat de tècniques i mètodes anticonceptius i que entre ells tenen diferències en quan a les característiques, eficàcia, seguretat, efectes secundaris, preu i si són reversibles o no ho són. Els mètodes anticonceptius han tingut molt impacte sobre la fecunditat i sobre la sexualitat i això està relacionat amb la gran quantitat d’informació que els professionals de la salut transmeten amb l’educació sanitària. És per això que aquí cal destacar l’assessorament per part del professional d’infermeria en l’elecció del mètode anticonceptiu que millor s’ajusti a les necessitats de cada pacient tenint en compte que cadascú escull l’opció més adequada a la seva situació en base a factors com són l’edat, l’estat de salut i també el tipus de relacions sexuals que manté. Mitjançant l’elaboració d’aquest treball es dissenya un programa d’educació per la salut d’ús d’anticonceptius per oferir millors coneixements als estudiants de secundària de l’Institut Sant Josep de Tàrrega. L’objectiu general del programa és desenvolupar una proposta que augmenti el grau de coneixement i l’ús responsable d’anticonceptius per prevenir les MTS, en la població adolescent d’educació secundària de l’Institut Sant Josep de Tàrrega durant un curs escolar.

In recent years, the use of contraceptive methods has increased worldwide and it has been important for family planning and also for women’s reproductive health. Currently, there are a lot of techniques and contraceptive methods and they have differences in terms of features, effectiveness, safety, side effects, price and whether they are reversible or not. Contraceptive methods have had a big impact on fertility and sexuality and this is related to the large amount of information that health professionals transmit with sanitary education. That’s why it has to be highlighted the advice from the nursing professional in choosing the contraceptive method that best suits the needs of each patient, taking into account that everyone chooses the most appropriate option for their situation based on factors such as age, health status and also the type of sexual relations you have. Through the elaboration of this work a health education program for the use of contraceptives is designed to provide better knowledge to high school students from the “Institut Sant Josep de Tàrrega”. The goal of this health program is to develop a proposal that increases the degree of knowledge and responsible use of contraceptives to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, in the adolescent population of secondary education of the “Institut Sant Josep de Tàrrega” during a school year.
