Resumen

The United Creative Culinary Centers (UCCC) project emerged from a desire to alleviate the problem of Global Malnourishment, affecting regional governments and economies. The UCCC replicable model offers a five-year development and advisory program for regional governments and a diverse association of contributing members worldwide. Each center is created to honor the gastronomic heritage of the region and create a space for innovation and expression. This model was developed by CmeNourished, an International Not-for-Profit Association (INPA) that aims to nourish communities worldwide. The joint partnership with regional governments is built to ensure complete alignment between the project scope and the current needs of each chosen city for sustainable operations and a truly positive impact on the community and its local economy. As trained and well connected cultural managers, our team possesses professional knowledge to create economic growth opportunities, increase employment, engage and empower local communities. CmeNourished provides access to an international network of specialized experts for the development of the enter and training of its workforce.
