The biological Systems are complex processes that are really difficult to interpret. This is due to their large amount of components that interact inside them. The best way to study them is the agent-based simulation systems, because it easies the understanding of biological complexity. The agent-based simulation systems are a decentralized modelling that uses an agent as the System key, the agent can be a cell, a molecule or even an animal, it could be any component of the system. The agents have rules that determine their behavior. Glioma is a cancer that develops in neuronal tissue. It develops itself in the central nervous System: medullar cord or in the brain. Termozolomide is a drug used in brain tumors that slows down the development of the tumor. This work will be focus in the application of this technology to represent the development and growing of glioma. The technic design that is used to represent this System is the agent based model with MASON[1]. ABM is a technic focus in the figure of an agent, which can represent any element of the simulation: a cell, a molecule, an animal... Moreover, this agent has some specific rules that determine its behavior in the System. In conclusion, it is a simulation tool that establishes behavior of the small components separately in order to represent the whole System. The main goal of the work is the creation of a framework that helps to understand the glioma development and how this development can be reversed or slowed with a specific molecule used in chemotherapy, termozolomide.
