[ANGLÈS] The objective of this project is to evaluate the current energy consumption of a primary care center and promote energy efficiency, proposing and evaluating possible improvements in this regard. These improvements should not imply a reduction in the quality, productivity or habitability of the building, just the opposite. The knowledge of the energy consumptions in the building's facilities, as well as the identification of the factors that directly influence, allow to identify the possibilities of existing savings, besides analysing the techno-economic viability for its implementation. Any action that allows reducing the energy consumption of the building, in order to improve comfort, reduce energy demand and CO2 emissions can also reduce economic costs. The work methodology used is divided into phases; Information phase: Collection of data obtained by the client. Phase fieldwork: On-site visit verifying and contrasting the data received by the client. Analysis of the data to obtain the improvements and with efficient results. Simulation phase: Compare data with spreadsheets (excel), Plans (Autocad), Energy certification (C3X) and programs from different manufacturers: in lighting (Dialux-Evo) and climate (Dessing-Mitsubishi). Phase reports: Detail the energy and economic proposals. Phase plan of action: Actions necessary to carry out the proposed improvements and good use of the facilities. Efficient energy consumption is essential considering that currently energy represents a very necessary resource in any area or sector and, by minimizing its consumption reduces the negative effect on the environment, it is considered a vitally important action. Factors such as the price of energy, the reduction of emissions of polluting gases, compliance with regulations and the commitment to the use of renewable energies make energy efficiency a key objective. All these factors have been decisive to carry out this energy audit and, in addition to meeting an academic objective, can be developed in the professional field. Therefore, the Catalan Health Institute is contacted (with which I maintain a certain relationship) to carry out the audit of one of its centers and to give a professional continuity to this project. The present audit is comprised of a data collection, an energy simulation of the building, a light and photometric study, an electric bill study, an energy certificate, a proposal for improvements and valuation, an economic viability study and a report. |
