In automotive projects always, it is possible to optimize the cost to obtain an economic prize for unit. For that reason, constantly perform studies to improve the aspect that effects to the final value directly.
In this project has been detailed the methodology that has been used in SEAT, also in the Group Volkswagen, to initiate a new automotive project. It is possible to remark three different parts in this document:
The first one refers to the introduction of the company and the collaboration with Volkswagen, explaining how was been created the union between them and the history and evolution of both companies
In the second part, it has detailed the objective of the project and the premises and what are the guidelines that should be taken into account to work in the same direction of the Group. It is also explained the methodology decided to initiate this project, depending on the peculiarities on it, and define how will structure the teamwork and how will administrate the resources to develop the different implicated concepts.
The last part of the document shows the obtained results in each decided action, detailing in which phase of the project it is and the comparison with passed projects used as reference. |
