L’objectiu principal d’aquest estudi és descriure l’efecte que va tenir la intervenció
en Psicoteràpia Centrada en la Parentalitat (PCP) en els fills de 18 mesos de les mares
que presentaven risc de Depressió Postpart (DPP) durant l’embaràs (Grup PCP). Han
participat un total de 41 famílies dividides en dos grups; 14 famílies en el Grup PCP i 27
en el Grup No PCP. No s’han observat diferències significatives entre els dos grups
respecte al desenvolupament del nen (ASQ-3) ni a la relació pares-fill (PIR-GAS).
Tampoc s’han trobat diferències significatives entre les variables Son i Autoagressió, tot
i que s’ha observat que el Grup PCP té menys nens que presentin problemes en aquestes
dues variables. Aquests resultats suggereixen que la intervenció en PCP per a tractar el
risc de depressió postpart ha tingut uns efectes positius en els fills els quals no presenten
problemes fora de la normalitat. |

The main aim of this study was to describe the effects of an intervention in
Psychotherapy Centred on Parenthood (PCP) on the 18-month-olds sons of mothers who
had Postpartum Depression (DPP) risk during pregnancy (PCP Group). A total of 41
families have been divided into two groups; 14 families in the PCP Group and 27 in the
Group No PCP. There were no significant differences between the two groups regarding
the development of the child (ASQ-3) and the parent-child relationship (PIR-GAS). Nor
have there been any significant differences between the Sleep and Self-aggression
variables, although it has been observed that the PCP Group has fewer children that have
problems in these two variables. These results suggest that the intervention in PCP to treat
the risk of postpartum depression has had a positive effect on children who do not present
problems outside of normality. |
