De l'errance comme difficile traduction de soi dans la ville moderne : perspectives cliniques et anthropologiques

Abstract

Psychanalyste et anthropologue, je me situe tout à fait dans cette problématique de recherche qui explore les fonctions psychiques que peut encourager et maintenir l'espace urbain. J'insiste alors sur les usages du corps dont font preuve des adolescents, la « technique du corps » (ce concept-clef de l'anthropologie) étant bien ce qui permet l'articulation entre le psychisme et l'espace social.Soucieux de lier la psychanalyse à l'anthropologie du contemporain, je ferai converger des enseignements qui me viennent d'une part de la banlieue parisienne, dans ces quartiers que l'on indique comme étant "difficiles" et, d'autre part, des quartiers pauvres de Bamako.

As a psychoanalyst and anthropologist, I find myself at ease with research problematics that explore the psychic functions likely to appear and develop in the urban space. I therefore stress the uses of the body manifested by teenagers, the "technics of the body" (a key anthropological concept) being certainly what lets the psyche be articulated with social space. Wishing to link psychoanalysis with an anthropology of contemporary life, I seek a convergence of what has been taught me, on the one hand, by Paris suburbs, those districts that have been termed "difficult", and, on the other hand, by the poor districts of Bamako.
