Limitant la Memòria : crònica d'una exhumació frustrada i breu repàs de la qüestió de les fosses comuns a l'estat espanyol

Abstract

Aquest article ve motivat per la col·laboració del col·lectiu Estrat Jove en els preparatius per a l'excavació d'una fosa comuna de represaliats pel franquisme al poble de Loja que va ser cancel·lada pels motius que explicarem. A més, l'escrit vol fer una re exió a tall d'opinió del col·lectiu sobre la situació actual a l'estat espanyol en temes de memòria històrica, de la dictadura, la impunitat i els drets humans.

This paper has been motivated by the cooperation between Estrat Jove and people of Loja in order to prepare the archaeological intervention at the franquist common grave of the town; something that gnally did not happen due to some issues that we will tackle next. Besides, this text has the aim to rethink of how Historic Memory is being handled in Spain, a topic that also includes dictatorship,political immunity and Human Rights.
