Armamentismo e liberdade individual no neoliberalismo : uma perspectiva psicanalítica

Trata-se de uma pesquisa psicanalítica que busca investigar as políticas e os aspectos ideológicos forjados a partir do neoliberalismo, que fundamentam a experiência da liberdade individual na contemporaneidade, por meio do exame do fenômeno armamentista. Ao mesmo tempo, examinar-se-á as tensões psicológicas e sociais que decorrem desse processo. O modelo neoliberal analisado é compreendido a partir das teorizações propostas por Von Mises e Hayek, no que se refere ao estatuto da liberdade na atualidade. Como conclusão, defende-se a ideia de que o armamentismo é uma forma de negação do outro e de si mesmo, que expressa um sintoma neurótico de recusa do processo subjetivo e do pacto civilizatório.

This is a psychoanalytic research that seeks to investigate the policies and the ideological aspects, forged from neoliberalism, that underlie the experience of individual freedom in contemporaneity through the examination of the armamentist phenomenon. At the same time, the psychological and social tensions that result from this process will be examined. The neoliberal model, analyzed, is understood from the theorizations proposed by Von Mises and Hayek regarding the status of freedom in the present. As a conclusion, it is argued that armamentism is a form of denial of the other and of oneself that expresses a neurotic symptom of refusal of the subjective process and of the civilizing pact.
