Análisis de la aplicación del Anexo VI del convenio MARPOL en la flota española

Abstract

El propósito del presente estudio es analizar el Convenio MARPOL en general, el anexo VI en particular, entender las causas y consecuencias de la contaminación atmosférica y por último, analizar la implantación y aplicación del reglamento, a través de las inspecciones y certificados correspondientes, que se aplica sobre la flota española.

On a planet seriously threatened by environmental destruction because, among other reasons, to pollution, it is essential to implementation of regulatory policy and its subsequent implementation. The objective of this work is to study and analyze the implementation of Annex VI of MARPOL in the Spanish fleet. This Annex is dedicated to the prevention of air pollution from ships. The purpose of this study is to analyze the MARPOL Convention in general, Annex VI in particular, understand the causes and consequences of air pollution and finally, to analyze the implementation and application of the regulations through inspections and certificates, which applies on the Spanish fleet.
