The main goal of this study is to establish a set of guidelines for future members of UPC Venturi on how to design, build and test model airplanes, besides of managing the team. Moreover, UPC Venturi will participate in August 2015 in the Air Cargo Challenge, so developing the final report in this study will allow deeper comprehension of these guidelines applied in a real project

Developing a project management plan to develop a model airplane. Create a generic guide regarding technical aspects: aerodynamics, structural design, propulsion, CAD, materials and building. Document management tools used during this project: sponsors, subsidies, relationship with ETSEIAT. Developing final report documentation for Air Cargo Challenge 2015.
